On the morning of March 28, Guangdong Province held a centralized start-up event for major projects in the first quarter of 2021. As a branch venue in Jieyang City, Huilai Industrial Park project site, together with the other eight cities, connected the main venue in Zhaoqing via video link to jointly display the scene of the concentrated start of major projects, highlighting the province's confidence and determination to achieve a good start of the "14th Five-Year Plan".

The project is invested and constructed by Atech, with a total planned investment of 300 million yuan, a planned land area of about 100 mu, and a construction area of about 40,000 square meters. It will be constructed in two phases. The main buildings include yeast fermentation and processing workshops, yeast extraction workshops, Chinese herbal medicine extraction workshops, new protein raw material production workshops for animal feed, office and research and development buildings, sewage treatment workshops and other projects. After commissioning, the annual output value will be about 1.5 billion yuan.
