The intracellular contents contain glucan, mannan oligosaccharides, proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, nucleotides, etc. Extracellular Metabolites include peptides, organic acids, oligosaccharides, various digestive enzymes, flavor substances (glutamic acid), alcohols, lipids and unknown growth factors.
